How to Log In to Your FrontPay Account
Open the FrontPay website
Launch your browser and go to the official FrontPay URL. Bookmark it to avoid phishing clones.
Click "Log In"
The login button is in the top-right of the homepage. On mobile, it's inside the hamburger menu.
Enter credentials
Type your signup email and password. Both fields are case-sensitive.
Access your dashboard
You'll land on your dashboard where you can request advances, view balance, and manage settings.
Forgot Your Password?
- Click "Forgot password?" on the login page
- Enter the email address you used to sign up
- Check your inbox for a password reset email (and spam folder)
- Click the reset link, which expires in 1 hour
- Set a new password with at least 8 characters including a number and symbol
Common Login Problems and Fixes
"Invalid email or password" error
Most often this means a typo or caps-lock. Try these fixes:
- Check that caps lock is off
- Verify you're using the correct email (check for the welcome email in your inbox)
- Try resetting your password — it's faster than guessing
- Clear your browser cache and cookies, then try again
Login page keeps looping / won't load
- Disable browser extensions, especially ad-blockers and VPNs
- Try a different browser (Chrome, Firefox, or Safari)
- Clear browser cache or try an incognito/private window
- Check if FrontPay's site is down using an external uptime checker
Account locked after too many attempts
FrontPay temporarily locks accounts after multiple failed login attempts to prevent brute-force attacks. Wait 30 minutes, then try again. If still locked, contact support at [email protected].
Bank account disconnected
If you can log in but see "Bank disconnected," you'll need to re-link your account:
- Go to Settings → Bank Account
- Click "Re-link bank"
- Choose your bank and sign in with your online banking credentials via Plaid
- Allow a few minutes for FrontPay to verify your deposit history
Login Security Tips
- Use a unique password — don't reuse your email or banking password
- Enable 2FA if available — check Settings → Security
- Never share your password — FrontPay staff will never ask for it
- Watch for phishing — only log in via a bookmark, not links in emails
- Log out on shared devices — especially on public computers
Still Can't Log In?
If none of the above fixes work and you still can't access your cash advance account, email FrontPay support at [email protected]. In your email include:
- The email address on your account
- What you've already tried
- Any error messages you've seen (screenshot helps)
Response times typically range from 24–48 hours.
